That was my old hound Barney as I remember him. It's been 3 years since his passing but I still think of him. Don't let the sad face fool you, he was a mischievous guy and would snap at you if you weren't respectful of his space.
On a whim an ex girlfriend wanted to go to a pet fair just to look, and in a dingy cage surrounded by shadow there he was. Somehow we walked him in the parking lot and my ex just had to have him, and since he was old we got him for free.
We had him for a few years and loved him for every second of the time we had with him. I don't know why I'm thinking of him enough to blog about him today but here I am. Hope you enjoy the photo.
