Hello to everyone in the Hive Pets community! Today I'm joining today to share some pictures of my little Mia, my Brandy and my mother. Brandy came to visit me in my home state to spend some time with me here in the city. I have pets at home, so I would share with them as well. She loves dogs as much as I and my partner do, but what Mom didn't remember is that they tend to be very unpredictable from time to time. Fear is one of the causes for a puppy to behave like this and it manifests itself through trembling, excessive salivation, panting and so on. Fears are usually things that every dog always reacts to in one way or another: thunder, rain, lightning, noise of any kind, rockets, etc.
As mum didn't have any recent photos with the animals, we wanted to take some with them so that she could take them as souvenirs. Unfortunately for us, those days when she was with us were full of storms, a lot of rain from here to there. So that day (the one with the pictures you see on the screen), was no exception. At first we were fine with Brandy (the white-haired and older of the two), who always tends to be more temperamental when faced with things that scare her, and then we were with Mia (the black one, the smallest of the two), who was "like jelly". Mia suffers a lot when it rains so hard, because just the sound of the rain makes her feel out of her mind. Whenever it rains I need to go over to her, sit her down, hug her and sing to her a little bit to make her feel safer.
Mum and I ended up with a dog on our laps that day, because even though Brandy doesn't react as strongly to the rain, she still wanted to be with us. Mia was always looking for me to make her feel calmer. Something that helps me with that is to take a shirt and with the ends of the sleeves, I hug the dog until she is dressed in that fabric. She likes that, it makes her feel better. So we just had to wait for the storm to pass and hug the girls; a doggy afternoon (hahaha). Finally my friends, thank you so much for stopping by. ¡Hola a todos en la comunidad de Hive Pets! El día de hoy me uno por aquí para compartir algunas fotografías de mi pequeña Mía, mi Brandy y mi madre. Esta última vino a visitarme al estado en dónde vivo para pasar un tiempo conmigo aquí en la ciudad. En mi casa tengo mascotas, así que también compartiría con ellas. Ella ama a las perras tanto cómo yo y mi pareja, pero lo que mamá no recordaba, es que suelen tener de vez en cuanto un comportamiento muy impredecible. El miedo es una de las causas para que un perrito se comporte así y lo manifiesta a través de temblores, salivación excesiva, jadeo y otros. Los miedos, son usualmente cosas que todo perro siempre reacciona de una u otra forma: truenos, lluvias, relámpagos, estruendos de cualquier tipo, cohetes, etc.
Cómo mamá no tenía fotografías recientes con los animalitos, quisimos tomar algunas con ellos para que se las llevara de recuerdo. Para nuestra mala suerte, esos días en los que ella estuvo con nosotros estuvimos llenos de tormentas, mucha lluvia de aquí para allá. Por lo que ese día (el de las fotografías que ven en pantalla), no fue la excepción. Al principio estuvimos bien con Brandy (la pelo blanco y más viejita de las dos), quién siempre suele tener más temple ante las cosas que le dan miedo y luego estuvimos con Mía (la negrita, la más chiquita de las dos), quién estaba "hecha una gelatina". Mía sufre mucho cuando caen lluvias tan fuertes, pues solo el sonido de la misma la pone fuera de si. Siempre que llueve necesito acercarme a ella, sentarla, abrazarla y cantarle un poquito para que se sienta más segura.
Mamá y yo terminamos ese día con una perra en casa regazo, porque aunque Brandy no reacciona tan bruscamente a las lluvias, igual quería estar con nosotras. Mía en todo momento busco que la hiciera sentir más calmada. Algo que si me ayuda con eso es tomar una camisa y con las extremidades de las mangas, voy abrazando a la perra hasta que quede vestida con esa tela. Eso le gusta, le hace sentir mejor. Así que solo nos quedó esperar a que pasara la tormenta y abrazar a las niñas; una tarde de perros (jajaja). Finalmente amigos míos, muchísimas gracias por pasar por aquí. Les envío un fuerte abrazo.
