A Good Day As Any I Suppose ..

Sorry I have been so sporadic with my posting, but life just seemed to get crazy all at one time. Work has been especially time consuming and looking like there is no end in sight. My wife and I are also in the middle of a few outdoor renovation projects. So long story short... We've been a bit busy.

Molly is doing better, I guess. The abscessed tooth seems to be at bay for the moment, however she is not eating like she should. It is SUCH A CHORE trying to get her interested in eating. Eventually we entice her into eating a few bites at least. The whole thing is very stressful. I can't help but worry about our baby. Hopefully this is just another "something else we have to navigate", but will end up finding a solution or remedy for.

We should never question one thing, and that is that Molly lives a pampered life. She got really REALLY lucky to have found her forever home with us. A day doesn't go by where she is not spoiled in some way or another. We also are very attentive to how she's feeling and acting, which is important due to her ever changing Addison's Disease life. We have gotten pretty good at noticing even the smallest of changes and getting her to the vet right away for treatment.

I picked a few strawberry's out of the garden the other day. I brought them inside and cleaned the dirt off of their skins. The first few strawberries out of the garden are always the sweetest ones for some reason. Or so it seems.

I ate one and it sure was tasty. Molly was looking at me with those big puppy dog eyes, begging for a piece. She loves strawberries, but with her recent problem with eating, I wasn't sure if she would really want one.

She came right over and sniffed at the berry ..

Then she snubbed it. She's just not liking any sort of food lately.

What Are We Going To Do With This Girl?

Like I said, Hopefully this is just another something we have to figure out. She's an old gal with a lot of problems.. BUT we want her around for a while longer, if you can appreciate that.
