I have been away for a while. I've been stopping by just to browse the content. I'm happy to start writing again, and I'm excited about today's content. Every content with animals in it has made me feel this way.

Bir süredir buralarda yoktum. Sadece içeriklere göz gezdirmek için uğruyordum. Yeniden yazmaya başlayacağım için mutluyum. Bugünkü içeriğimden dolayı ise heyecanlıyım. Konusu hayvanlar olan her içerik bana böyle hissettirmiştir.
About 3-4 years ago there were four puppies that I often shared here. That year, when there was a lot of snow, they chose the area around our building as their home. Our fellow teachers in our building also adopted them. Even a few people who were scared to death of dogs managed to overcome their fear in time thanks to these cute puppies. It was impossible to resist their cuteness 🙂
Yaklaşık 3-4 yıl önce burada sıklıkla paylaştığım dört yavru köpek vardı. Karın bolca yağdığı o sene yuva olarak bizim binamızın etrafını seçmişlerdi. Binamızdaki öğretmen arkadaşlarımız da onları benimsemişti. Hatta köpeklerden ölesiye korkan birkaç kişi bu sevimli yavrular sayesinde zamanla bu korkularını yenmeyi başardılar. Onların sevimliliğine karşı direnmek imkansızdı sonuçta.
Of the four chicks we fostered that year, only one survived. It was black in color and we named it bitter because of its resemblance to chocolate. This cub, who never gave up being with us, had three cubs last year. This year, as she got a little bigger, the number of cubs increased. I was quite surprised to see 6 cute kittens behind her. I had a feeling that she should have 3 or 4 kittens again. I was happy about this event that went against my feeling.
O yıl beslediğimiz dört yavrudan sadece biri hayatta kalmayı başarmıştı. Siyah renkte olan bu yavruya çikolataya olan benzerliğinden dolayı bitter adını vermiştik. Bizimle birlikte olmaktan hiç vazgeçmeyen bu yavrunun geçen yıl üç yavrusu olmuştu. Bu sene biraz daha büyüyünce yavru sayısı da arttı. 6 adet sevimli yavruyu onun arkasında görünce oldukça şaşırmıştım. Sanki yine 3 tane veya 4 tane yavrulaması gerektiğine dair bir his vardı içimde. İçimdeki hissin aksi yönde gelişen bu olaydan dolayı mutluydum.
The other day on my way home from school I saw them in the next door neighbor's garden, a good place to get acquainted with the environment and to hunt. But at this stage, the first thing they need to do is get stronger. Especially when it snows, this determines who will survive. I hope more chicks will survive this year. Their mother is taking very good care of them to make sure that happens. I once saw her not eat the fish I gave her to feed and leave it for her cub. This was a behavior I didn't expect from a dog that would follow us along the road when it saw the bread in our hands. So being a mother is the same everywhere...
Geçen gün okuldan eve dönerken onları yan komşunun bahçesinde gördüm. Çevreyi tanımak ve avlanmak için uygun bir yerdeydiler. Ama şu aşamada ilk yapmaları gereken şey güçlenmek. Özellikle kar yağdığında kimin hayatta kalacağını bu durum belirliyor. Umarım bu sene daha fazla sayıda yavru hayatta kalır. Anneleri bunun olması için onlara çok iyi bakıyor. Bir keresinde beslenmesi için ona verdiğim balıkları yemeyip yavrusuna bıraktığını görmüştüm. Ekmekleri elimizde gördüğünde yol boyunca bizi takip eden bir köpekten beklemediğim bir davranıştı bu. Demek ki anne olmak her yerde aynı.
These puppies are a bit shy yet. They will get used to me when I spend more time with them. Hopefully then I will be able to show you more of these sweet puppies. See you in my next content. Goodbye.
