Carolina era una hermosa mujer, tenía muchos pretendientes, pero ninguno lograba llenar sus expectativas, ella quería tener a su lado un hombre culto y hasta ahora la mayoría de los hombres que se habían acercado a ella, a su parecer eran bastante básicos y simples, ella deseaba alguien con quien pudiera conversar de cualquier tema, que se notara que le leía de todos los temas, en fin alguien culto, interesante.

Una tarde, en un café, mientras comía una rica torta de zanahoria, vio en el establecimiento un hombre guapísimo, alto de cabello negro, ojos azules, barba perfecta cuidada, labios carnosos, muy bien arreglado y con un perfume enloquecedor, noto que todas las mujeres presentes en el café estaban atontadas con la presencia de aquel hombre tan guapo y aunque ella también se deslumbró con este hombre, guardo compostura, porque la dignidad y darse su adecuado puesto, era ley para esta mujer.
One afternoon, in a café, while eating a delicious carrot cake, she saw in the establishment a very handsome man, tall with black hair, blue eyes, perfect beard, full lips, very well groomed and with a maddening perfume, she noticed that all the women present in the café were stunned by the presence of that handsome man and although she was also dazzled by this man, she kept her composure, because dignity and giving her proper position, was the law for this woman.

Pasaron unos días y Carolina volvió al café para disfrutar de algún rico postre y de un buen café y para su sorpresa allí estaba de nuevo aquel hombre y mientras esperaba para ser atendida por alguno de los meseros y al llegar uno de estos para atenderla, además de la carta, le traía una nota de aquel galán, este le pedía permiso para sentarse a la mesa con ella y así comenzó lo que se convirtió en una relación.

Carolina estaba feliz, ya que Rubén era un hombre culto y sumamente inteligente, la relación avanzo muy rápido y al cabo de 3 meses ya estaban viviendo juntos en una hermosa casa, pero allí comenzaron a ocurrir cosas un poco extrañas, pues Rubén comenzó a mostrarse un poco celoso, obsesivo y posesivo, de manera continua estaba muy atento a cuanta llamada y mensaje recibía su amada, también se aparecía sin avisar en cualquier lugar en el que Carolina estuviera, palabras más, palabras menos, no dejaba ni permita que esta mujer tuviera su propio espacio.
Carolina was happy, since Ruben was a cultured and extremely intelligent man, the relationship progressed very fast and after 3 months they were already living together in a beautiful house, but there began to happen some strange things, because Ruben began to be a little jealous, obsessive and possessive, he was continuously very attentive to every call and message received by his beloved, he also appeared without warning in any place where Carolina was, words more, words less, he did not allow this woman to have her own space.

Esta joven mujer comenzó a sentirse asustada, ya que Rubén estaba mostrando un comportamiento poco agradable y que aumentaba con el pasar del tiempo, cada día había algo nuevo, no quería que trabajara, tampoco que se maquillara, casi no le permita salir a compartir con amigos, además de que se había tornado un poco agresivo, Carolina comenzó a pensar en esos detalles que había pasado por alto, en su apresurado comienzo y enamoramiento con Rubén, no conocía ni tenía detalles de sus padres, no conocía que tuviera amigos, apenas trataba a sus compañeros de trabajo, pues al tener dinero y ser el dueño de una empresa floreciente, delegaba y solo se acercaba a la oficina para hacer seguimiento de sus negocios, solo sabia este misterioso hombre la había dicho que venía de otro estado del país y que una vez al mes viajaba por un fin de semana y volvía sin dar mayor explicación, ella realmente no conocía nada o muy poco de su pasado.
This young woman began to feel scared, since Ruben was showing an unpleasant behavior that was increasing as time went by, every day there was something new, he did not want her to work, he did not want her to wear make-up, he almost did not allow her to go out and share with friends, besides he had become a little aggressive, Carolina began to think about those details that she had overlooked, in her hasty beginning and falling in love with Ruben, She didn't know or have details of his parents, she didn't know that he had friends, she barely treated his coworkers, since he had money and was the owner of a flourishing company, he delegated and only came to the office to follow up on his business, she only knew that this mysterious man had told her that he came from another state of the country and that once a month he traveled for a weekend and returned without giving any explanation, she really knew nothing or very little of his past.
Una mañana, cuando Carolina se disponía para salir a la oficina, la cual se había vuelto su escape, Rubén simplemente se paró en la puerta y no la dejo salir, Carolina se mantuvo firme y ante su insistencia por ir a laborar, Rubén se desquició por completo, parecía otro y entre todas las cosas que gritaba Carolina se sorprendió mucho al escuchar:
-Tú también eres una traidora infiel, eres como las otras, ninguna merece mi amor, por eso están encerradas, como se lo merecen, deben estar todas juntas para que no me traicionen, son mías, solo mías.
One morning, when Carolina was getting ready to leave for the office, which had become her escape, Ruben simply stood at the door and did not let her leave, Carolina stood firm and at her insistence to go to work, Ruben became completely unhinged, he seemed to be someone else and among all the things he shouted Carolina was very surprised to hear:

Carolina estaba muy asustada, intento correr para salir por la parte de atrás, pero Rubén fue más rápido y la alcanzo, Carolina solo sintió un fuerte golpe y al despertar estaba en la camioneta de Rubén amarrada y amordazada, no sabía a donde la llevaba, ni cuanto tiempo estuvo desmayada, solo escucha que Rubén estaba muy alterado y le decía una y otra vez:
-Eres igual, igual a ellas, no me engañarás, te llevaré a un lugar donde no podrás engañarme ni alejarte de mí, yo cuidare de ti para siempre.
Carolina was very scared, she tried to run out the back, but Ruben was faster and caught up with her, Carolina only felt a strong blow and when she woke up she was in Ruben's truck tied and gagged, she didn't know where he was taking her, nor how long she was passed out, she only heard that Ruben was very upset and told her over and over again, "You're the same, just like them, no, you're not:
-You are the same, just like them, you will not deceive me, I will take you to a place where you will not be able to deceive me or get away from me, I will take care of you forever.
Cuando por fin Rubén se detuvo y saco a Carolina de la parte trasera de la camioneta, se encontró en medio del campo en una granja alejada en quien sabe dónde, allí Rubén tenía un búnker subterráneo en el que tenía a tres mujeres encadenadas, ellas también habían creído en este guapo, pero trastornado hombre y cuando estas no soportaron la obsesión de Rubén, este las llevo allí para que no pudieran alejarse de él.
Carolina no podía creer lo que veía, se notaba que algunas de ellas tenían tiempo allí, todas encadenadas, se notaba que no les faltaba comida, pues no lucían desnutridas, no podía creer que ahora formaría parte de este aren terrorífico de Rubén, este era el lugar al que él venía una vez al mes, ahora todo tenía sentido, por eso era tan callado, obsesivo, posesivo y misterioso y teniendo dinero lograba mover contactos para tapar sus fechorías.
When Ruben finally stopped and took Carolina out of the back of the truck, he found himself in the middle of the countryside in a remote farmhouse in who knows where, there Ruben had a subway bunker where he had three women chained up, they had also believed in this handsome, but deranged man and when they could not stand Ruben's obsession, he took them there so they could not get away from him.
Carolina could not believe her eyes, it was obvious that some of them had been there for a long time, all of them chained, it was obvious that they did not lack food, because they did not look malnourished, she could not believe that now she would be part of this terrifying sand of Ruben, this was the place where he came once a month, now everything made sense, that is why he was so quiet, obsessive, possessive and mysterious and having money he managed to move contacts to cover up his misdeeds.

Así Carolina fue encadenada y ahora vive en ese búnker en compañía de otras tres mujeres que tenían algo en común con ella, eran huérfanas y creyeron en este hombre y se dejaron llevar por su educación y apariencia, ahora juntas planifican como escapar de este lugar en la próxima vista de Rubén, pues Carolina aún no pierde su espíritu de lucha y a contagiado con el mismo a estas mujeres y esperan tener una oportunidad para escapar de este hombre.
So Carolina was chained and now lives in that bunker in the company of three other women who had something in common with her, they were orphans and believed in this man and were carried away by his education and appearance, now together they plan how to escape from this place at the next visit of Ruben, because Carolina still does not lose her fighting spirit and has infected with the same to these women and hope to have a chance to escape from this man.
