Informed Cosent Action Network (ICAN) is a Texas-based organisation dedicated to, as the name suggests, the right of patients to informed consent to medical procedures. COVID vaccines obviously figure prominently on their priority list.

ICAN launched a few lawsuits in order to compel various parties involved to elease relative data. And recently a court ordered the CDC to release data collected via its V-safe app designed to collect it.

The deadline was yesterday. Whether any data has been releases it at this point unclear. It is possible, even if the CDC has not complied, that that is simply bureaucratic failure. But if they have still not complied within a couple of weeks that itself will be telling as that will likely mean an attempt to conceal something.

If the data is out - it may be really curious but that still remains to be seen.
