Car/schelon was a physical education teacher in Berlin Germany where he reduced the size of the field that was so large to 40m by 2019.This earned him a name "father of hand ball". The dimension has been adopted, is an international size.The game was first introduce into the Olympic of 1963 at Berlin and in 1972 held in Germany. The world governing body for handball federation in Nigeria (H F N) was formed,(H F N) is an affiliate of (I H F).
NATURE OF THE HANDBALL GAME
Hand ball also known as teary.Hand ball is a team sport,in which there is two teams,and each teams have seven prayers. Each of the teams seven players six will be out of the court and a goalkeeper.Each of the teams pass the ball using their hand with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team.
A standard match consist of two periods of 30minutes,and the team that score more goals wins.
