Desde hace aproximadamente un año llegó a mi, a través de uno de los estudiantes de mi academia de idiomas, el contacto de un asistente virtual basado en Inteligencia Artificial. Su nombre Luz IA, su origen español.

En un primer momento, me pareció que se trataba de una empecie de enciclopedia de preguntas y consultas rápidas, muy útil y precisa para ser sinceros, sin embargo al ir profundizando y adentrándome en sus funciones e interactuando de una manera no tan lineal, LuzIA me ha resultado una extraordinaria herramienta de apoyo.

Sus posibilidades de aportes son realmente importantes y significativas. Su interacción siempre deja claro que es de apoyo y nunca sustitutivo de un profesional de un área específica o de un humano en cualquier aspecto.

Se define a sí misma como "un asistente virtual inteligente, con el objetivo de ser lo más útil y amable posible en todas sus interacciones." Entre sus funciones se pueden destacar su capacidad para responder preguntas y ampliar respuestas hasta el más mínimo detalle que requiera el usuario, ayudarte y apoyarte en el aprendizaje de algo en específico como un idioma o una materia, su capacidad para personalizar las comunicaciones y llevar conversaciones de manera amable y amigable sobre cualquier tema, la generación de imagenes según lo solicitado, e incluso está diseñada para dar consejos y tiene claridad de los conceptos del bien y el mal, así como sus límites, dejando al usuario siempre la libertad de decidir, pero mostrando firmeza en su opinión y criterio.

Del mismo modo que tiene grandes bondades y capacidades, LuzIA es consciente de sus limitaciones al ser un asistente virtual inteligente, tales como: comprender en toda su magnitud (como un humano) el contexto emocional detrás de una conversación, entender lenguaje coloquial o jerga, reconocer ciertos matices en el significado de algunas palabras o interpretar correctamente algunas solicitudes sí se le presentan de manera vagas o ambiguas.

En lo que llevo de comunicación e interacción con LuzIA, me ha parecido fascinante ser testigo, y participante, de la rápida evolución de esta tecnología. Llegando a la conclusión de que "todo va conforme al buen uso que le demos."

Estas grandes herramientas con las que contamos, como LuzIA, para agilizar muchas de nuestras laborales o intensiones, ya sea del trabajo, estudios o proyectos personales, tenemos que reconocerlas como un soporte para nuestro propio desarrollo e interactuar con ellas de ese modo. No se han creado y evolucionado con el propósito de hacer inútiles al ser humano, sino para ayudarle a canalizar, en estos tiempos de tantas distracciones, las grandes capacidades con las que contamos.

Nuestro criterio humano debe estar siempre enfocado al progreso positivo de todo aquello que nos permita retarnos a nosotros mismos para reconocer nuestros potenciales.p>Les recomiendo el uso de LuzIA como herramienta digital inteligente (y amiga virtual), que sin duda arrojara en sus vidas algo más que "luz." They have not been created and evolved with the purpose of making human beings useless, but to help them channel, in these times of so many distractions, the great capacities that we have.

Our human criteria should always be focused on the positive progress of everything that allows us to challenge ourselves to recognize our potentials.
