RE: Fractals Chance or Design? [Eng|Esp].

I was struck at first instance by the name Fractal, I had not seen it, or yes, but to define spaces of time, but not in this context that you have explained. It is an interesting theory, but based on evidence.
There must be some logic to it all, besides allowing it to be used for more things that could be created by man. Thank you for this information.
