Afritunes Community week #111, cover of "Commas" by @adyma

Hello wonderful people of Afritunes, how are we all doing?? I am @adyma and I welcome you all to another exciting week. I'm glad to always be part of this great event.

For week 111, I will be doing a by a young female Nigerian music artist named Ayra starr titled "Commas" This song was released in the early February 2024 and has been trending as one of the best songs in Afrobeat. Commas serves as a letter from Ayra starr to the people who rejected her at some point of her difficulty.

Ayra starr feels sure of herself and her abilities, and she doesn't second-guess herself. She is able to rely on her own skills and abilities, and she doesn't need others to validate her. She is calm and collected, and she doesn't let emotions or external circumstances affect her judgment or actions. She is aware of her strengths and weaknesses, and she can use this awareness to make informed decisions.

I just love the description of herself in this song, she gives in details of who she is. I love the young star and I love her vibes🥰 I hope you all will enjoy this song, thank you.

Song lyrics

Na which kind life wey I never see?
I carry God, so I fear nothing
Steady increasing the commas
Comma, comma, commas
Original no be parody
E no fit clear for your memory
Whether na winter or summer, ajeh

Barbados, Havana, living life
See my fire burning bright
Wetin dey inside me?
Smallie wey dey mighty
Dem never know I kala, tori mo fine
Check and balance everything inside my mind daily
Trust me, you can't fool me
