Ingredienti per i cookies ( circa 30 pezzi )
225g burro
340g zucchero
4 uova
375g farina
5g lievito
250g gocce di cioccolato
Inizia mescolando burro e zucchero, aggiungi poi le uova una per volta, attendi il completo assorbimento prima di aggiungere la successiva.
Infine aggiungi la farina setacciata e le gocce di cioccolato.
Cuoci a 180C per 10/13 minuti

5 g of yeast
250 g of chocolate chips
Start by mixing butter and sugar, then add the eggs one at a time, wait for complete absorption before adding the next one.
Finally we add the sifted flour and the chocolate chips.
Cook at 180°C for 10/13 minutes
