Today I bring you a practical guide on how we made medicinal cannabis oil for several loved ones in our family, this elaboration is designed especially for my mom who has degenerative rheumatism and bone decalcification and already tried other products that claim to be cannabis oil in my country and did not work. I only spent money, so I as a lover of the plant and its medicinal derivatives decided to make the oil by my own means which had very positive results since several years ago that I do and disappeared ailments and has the security of knowing that it is consuming naturally and consciously.

Primero, comenzamos armando el porro motivador para trabajar de manera concentrada. Luego, pesamos la cantidad de flores que vamos a usar para hacer el aceite, separándolas de las ramas con una tijera y contándoles para reducir su volumen y así usar menos cantidad de alcohol como solvente. Usaremos alcohol de cereal de uso medicinal, en este caso, 1 litro. Dejamos las flores ya cortadas en un recipiente y las cubrimos con el alcohol.
Dependiendo de la dolencia que queramos tratar, se extraen diferentes tipos de cannabinoides. Para dolencias crónicas, recomendamos dejar macerar durante 15 minutos; mientras que para trastornos neurológicos como epilepsia, autismo, ansiedad o estrés, recomendamos de 5 a 9 minutos, ya que las propiedades actúan de manera diferente en el sistema nervioso central.
First, we start by assembling the motivational joint to work in a concentrated way. Then, we weigh the amount of flowers we are going to use to make the oil, separating them from the branches with a scissors and counting them to reduce their volume and thus use less alcohol as a solvent. We will use cereal alcohol for medicinal use, in this case, 1 liter. We leave the cut flowers in a container and cover them with the alcohol.
Depending on the ailment we want to treat, different types of cannabinoids are extracted. For chronic ailments, we recommend leaving it to macerate for 15 minutes; while for neurological disorders such as epilepsy, autism, anxiety or stress, we recommend 5 to 9 minutes, since the properties act differently on the central nervous system.

Pasado el tiempo de macerado, filtramos la materia vegetal y la colocamos en un recipiente de vidrio. Repetimos este proceso para aprovechar al máximo la cantidad de cannabinoides. Luego, encendemos la panchera con agua para realizar la reducción del aceite a baño maría. Este paso es crucial, ya que debemos preservar las propiedades medicinales y asegurarnos de que la preparación no supere los 78 grados, que es la temperatura de ebullición del alcohol.
After the maceration time, we filter the vegetable matter and place it in a glass container. We repeat this process to take advantage of the maximum amount of cannabinoids. Then, we light the panchera with water to make the reduction of the oil in a water bath. This step is crucial, as we must preserve the medicinal properties and make sure that the preparation does not exceed 78 degrees, which is the boiling temperature of alcohol.
Podemos notar a simple vista, antes del punto de ebullición, que la pancha o el recipiente de baño maría deben estar entre 70 y 80 grados. Dejamos que el alcohol se evapore durante 7 a 10 horas, dependiendo de la temperatura que estemos usando. A medida que pasa el tiempo, observamos cómo el alcohol se reduce y lo revolvemos para que se evapore de manera homogénea y no queden restos de resina pegada en el fondo del recipiente ni en los bordes.
We can notice at a glance, before the boiling point, that the pancha or bain-marie vessel should be between 70 and 80 degrees. We let the alcohol evaporate for 7 to 10 hours, depending on the temperature we are using. As the time passes, we observe how the alcohol reduces and we stir it so that it evaporates homogeneously and no resin remains stuck to the bottom of the container or to the edges.
Mientras esperamos a que el alcohol se evapore por completo, esterilizamos los goteros, las pipetas dosificadoras, la jeringa y la espátula con alcohol al 70% usando un rociador con alcohol y agua destilada. Luego, ponemos el aceite de coco a baño maría para derretirlo, ya que a temperatura ambiente está en estado sólido.
While waiting for the alcohol to evaporate completely, we sterilize the droppers, dosing pipettes, syringe and spatula with 70% alcohol using a spray bottle with alcohol and distilled water. Then, we put the coconut oil in a water bath to melt it, since at room temperature it is in a solid state.
Una vez que el alcohol se ha reducido al 100% y tiene una consistencia similar a la de una goma, es el momento óptimo para mezclarlo con el aceite de coco. Es importante asegurarse de no pasarse de tiempo, ya que el alcohol puede carbonizarse y perder las propiedades medicinales. Retiramos la fuente de la panchera y mezclamos lentamente la resina lista con el aceite de coco de manera homogénea.
Once the alcohol has been reduced to 100% and has a gum-like consistency, it is the optimal time to mix it with the coconut oil. It is important to be sure not to overdo it, as the alcohol can carbonize and lose its medicinal properties. Remove the pan from the panchera and slowly mix the ready resin with the coconut oil homogeneously.
El último paso sería envasar los goteros con la ayuda de la jeringa para no desperdiciar la mezcla. Recomendamos comenzar con 3 gotas sublinguales, nunca en ayunas, y luego esperar 5 minutos antes de beber o comer. Ajustar la dosis según como te vayas sintiendo.
The last step would be to pack the droppers with the help of the syringe so as not to waste the mixture. We recommend starting with 3 sublingual drops, never on an empty stomach, and then wait 5 minutes before drinking or eating. Adjust the dose according to how you feel.
