Today I want to share with you a very interesting news about a very well known song. Let me explain, a day like today October 21, 2024, will be 39 years and 342 days. Since the initial release of the song “I Want to Know What Love Is”, surely you already know it or have heard it somewhere. The truth is that the song is a classic. By the way if we round a little bit the date I said before it would be almost 40 years. It is quite a long time, many songs have fallen by the wayside in this time, as I say in the brass of oblivion. That is my appreciation, I am not declaring that it is like that.

I see it this way, the singer, in the midst of so many failed relationships, is looking for what love really is, but not just any love, he is looking for something that is genuine or as we would say in my country, lasting. If you think about it, we have all been there at some point. That is to say, with the need to know what love is, to feel that something is missing, that is something that anyone can identify with. That's why, as I was saying before, the band thought about the subject quite well before making the song and chose something that connects in a certain way with everyone.
