I have lived in Sydney for almost 4 years, which is considered as the heaven of the hiking trail. But I haven’t discovered any places there until I was inspired by the coastal treks from my friends. So I decided to go to one of the Sydney iconic walks “ The Bondi to Coogee” which highlighted incredible views, golden sand beaches, and high sandstone cliffs .
**BONDI-COOGEE INFORMATION
- Distance: 6km for one way
- Time: 2-3 hours (depend on stops )
- Level: Easy ( suitable for all levels)
- Dogs: Allowed on leads
**HOW TO GET THERE
Our tracking team, including 4 people , decided to go to Bondi beach in the early morning to watch the sunrise. But a little bit sad, we forgot that the sun rises from the Coogee side. The distance between Bondi beach and Coogee beach is 6 km so we prefer to be there by public transport so we don’t need to return. We took the train to Bondi Junction and one more bus to go directly to Bondi Beach. Or You also take the bus from Central station to Coogee if you want to start from there.

The coast between Bondi to Coogee has a lot of attractive destinations to take the photos. There are 11 landmarks that you should focus on the journey.

*These places are wonderful places for outdoor activities such as running, swimming, surfing and picnic as well. I regret that we didn’t bring any swimsuits.
**INTERESTING THINGS

I have to say that these are perfect destinations to take the photo. Because the harmony colors such as blue, green and yellow and some neutral colors so you will be the center of the pictures. Moreover, the light in there is also good to create wonderful photos even if you are only an amatuer photographer.
The last stop of the trekking is Coogee beach which makes me surprised by the food street. From the beach, you only need to cross the road that reaches to the heaven of food. It has diverse food from Asian to Western. I am certain that you will be shocked with the good coffee and delicious food there.
It is fun trekking so I want to do it again. Nice atmosphere and great exercises.
