What began as a small community of Azorean fishermen, Garopaba is today a city that is growing rapidly, mixing its traditions with the international tourism that arrives in waves in the summer.
I decided to stay here for at least part of the summer and take advantage of the opportunities and beautiful locations to take my photographs.
Today's photos were taken on a brief morning walk along the central beach.
We can see the church, some original buildings, the fishermen's boats and the landscape that surrounds it.

O que começou como uma pequena comunidade de pescadores açorianos, Garopaba
é hoje uma cidade que cresce aceleradamente, misturando suas tradições com o turismo internacional que chega em ondas no verão.
Decidido a ficar por aqui pelo menos parte do verão e aproveitar as oportunidades e as belas locações para fazer minhas fotografias.
As fotos de hoje foram feitas numa breve caminhada matinal pela praia central.
Podemos ver a igreja, algumas construções originais, os barcos dos pescadores e a paisagem que a rodeia.
