On my third evening in Berlin, I visited one of the city's most classic viewpoints. Paradoxically, it is not open to the public as it's located in a very ordinary residential building. Without a key, you can't get in. Luckily, there was a delivery man on site who kindly held the door open for me so that I could enter the building and take the elevator to the upper floors. Fortunately, at least the balconies are easily accessible, so I didn't have to ring anyone's doorbell and ask if I could take a few photos from the balcony 😉 In post-production, I tried to create a few different versions of the shots. I hope you like them.
An meinem dritten Abend in Berlin besuchte ich einen der klassischsten Aussichtspunkte der Stadt. Paradoxerweise ist dieser aber nicht öffentlich zugänglich. Er befindet sich nämlich in einem ganz normalen Wohnhaus. Ohne Schlüssel hat man hier keinen Zugang. Zum Glück war gerade ein Lieferant vor Ort, der mir freundlicherweise die Tür aufhielt, sodass ich das Gebäude betreten und mit dem Lift in die oben Stockwerke fahren konnte. Glücklicherweise sind wenigstens die Balkone einfach zugänglich, sodass ich bei niemandem klingeln und fragen musste, ob ich denn ein paar Fotos vom Balkon schießen dürfte 😉 In der Nachbearbeitung versuchte ich ein paar verschiedene Versionen der Aufnahmen zu erstellen.
