Greetings of friendship to all my friends who always continue to work. Drought begins to come by welcoming the fasting month. In the clouds of the sky, the weather will surely be hot or the dry season will start again. Grass, weeds, mushrooms and so on begin to die one by one and decrease in nature. From the small hills I trace every path. Thorns and climbing are friends who always accompany me on my journey. As a mushroom hunter, of course this is normal to go through. Scratches of grass thorns adorn my calves and the soles of my feet.
Today, Wednesday, March 15, 2023, I got the mushroom Mushroom (Volvariella volvacea, synonyms: Volvaria volvacea, Agaricus volvaceus, Amanita virgata or Vaginata virgata) from member of the Pluteaceae family. I was hunting on this day in the palm grove, because of the hot weather I had to try my best. This fungus grows on rotting palm tree trunks. This fungus in my place is called Kuelat Sawit (in Acehnese) because it grows normally on rotten palm bunches and also on the trunks of oil palm trees. The mushroom species V. volvacea is also cultivated as a very special food ingredient, of course. Also at a hefty price and can increase income.
