In today's continuation of Prague Lines, we will take a closer look at one special object at Prague Castle. It is a tunnel connecting Dolní Jelení příkop and Horní Jelení příkop. This connection of both parts of Jelení příkop (Stag Moat) was realized in 1999-2002. The main promoter of this project was President Václav Havel, who wanted to make the Jelení příkop accessible to the public. Josef Pleskot was chosen as the architect. The creators of the tunnel received awards for their architectural design in Czech and abroad. This tunnel is definitely worth a visit. And in general, also the Deer Moat, because here it is possible to enjoy the peace of nature in the middle of the city, right below the Prague Castle. V dnešním pokračování Pražských linií se podíváme zblízka na jeden speciální objekt na Pražském hradě. Jedná se o tunel propojující Dolní Jelení příkop a Horní Jelení příkop. Toto propojení obou částí Jeleního příkopu bylo realizováno v letech 1999-2002. Hlavním propagátorem tohoto projektu byl prezident Václav Havel, který chtěl Jelení příkop zpřístupnit veřejnosti. Jako architekt byl vybrán Josef Pleskot. Tvůrci tunelu zároveň sklidili ocenění za architektonické zpracování i v zahraničí. Tento tunel rozhodně stojí za návštěvu. A celkově i Jelení příkop, protože zde je možné si užít klidu v přírodě uprostřed města přímo pod Pražským hradem. Je to takový malý drahokam, který ještě nebyl objeven turisty navštěvující město Prahu.
