Hello everyone dear! In the previous post I shared my second rock climbing experience, today I was finally able to retrieve some photos of my first rock climbing outing at all. The adrenaline and emotion that day were very strong, although I know some technique training indoors, coming face to face with the height and the feeling of imminent danger, was something that I had to get used to very quickly.

The best of all this was the incredible professionalism of Marcos my instructor and the group of people with whom I was enjoying, a core of friendship and trust was created immediately, which helped me a lot to overcome this challenge.

Today I am slowly gaining confidence in the rock, and I am getting used to the situations that may arise. It is an activity in which your mind is constantly trained to execute the movements correctly, to be able to analyze and decide how to distribute your energies and focus on the present moment.

I would say that it is an excellent representation of mindfulness, which in these times of total distraction and dispersion, is not bad at all.

I hope you like this new content, see you soon, I send you a hug!
