Greetings to all the members of this photography-loving community.
When you have a model in front of you, who is natural, expressive, beautiful, and handles her body language well, the best thing to do is to let her shine, and you take the photos of those moments.
Forcing them to make poses, or expressions that they may not like, can make them feel uncomfortable, and lose the connection and communication with the person behind the camera, enough to make the session a failure, or not as expected.
We were in this session in Old Havana, with quite a lot of heat (something very common these days), and our task was to take pictures with the model wearing various summer outfits. It was important to transmit joy, comfort, and to show distinctive Cuban elements.
Just explaining once to the model, and showing her the places where we were going to take the pictures, was enough. All her facial and body expressions were in accordance with our essential idea. I let all her versatility flow, I gave her ideas from time to time, and she took them on with great professionalism.
I really enjoyed doing this session so I hope you like the pictures and as always, I wish you a happy day.

Saludos a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad amante de la fotografía.
Cuando tienes una modelo delante, que desborda naturalidad, expresividad, bonita, maneja bien su lenguaje corporal, lo mejor es dejar que se luzca, y tú tomar las fotos de esos momentos.
Forzar a que hagan poses, o expresiones que tal vez no les guste, puede hacer que no se sientan cómodas, y perder con eso, la conexión y comunicación con quien está detrás de cámara, suficiente para que la sesión sea un fracaso, o no quede como se esperaba.
Estábamos en esta sesión en la Habana vieja, con bastante calor ( algo muy habitual en estos días), y nuestra tarea era tomar fotos con la modelo vistiendo varios vestuarios de verano. Era importante transmití alegría, comodidad, y que se vieran elementos distintivos de cubania.
Con solo explicarle una vez a la modelo, y enseñarle los lugares donde iríamos hacer las fotos, ya fue suficiente. Todas sus expresiones faciales y corporales estuvieron acordes a nuestra idea esencial. Dejé que fluyera toda esa versatilidad que desprendía, de vez en cuando le daba ideas, y las asumía con mucha profesionalidad.
