Not far from where I live there is a pond called Draždíř. I know about it, but I have never been there since it is a bit off the beaten track. However, today was a beautiful sunny day, so I took the opportunity to go to Draždíř.
Actually, it was a bit of a scouting expedition. I didn't know what to expect from this pond. Would there be a reasonable way in? Would the area be too overgrown or muddy? And most importantly, would there be anything to photograph?
Actually, don't expect any drama. It's just a pond, not rocket science. Hardly any birds (but I must have picked the wrong time, they are supposed to be there at other times), but there were a few butterflies, frogs and most importantly - dragonflies.

Kousek od mého bydliště je rybník Draždíř. Vím o něm, ale protože je poněkud stranou obvyklých komunikačních tras, tak jsem tam ještě nebyl. Dnes byl však krásný slunečný den, tak jsem využil příležitosti a vypravil se na Draždíř.
Vlastně to byla taková průzkumná výprava. Nevěděl jsem, co bychměl od tohoto rybníka očekávat. Bude tam nějaká rozumná cesta? Nebude okolí příliš zarostlé nebo rozbahněné? A co je nejdůležitější: bude tam co fotit?
Ve skutečnosti nečekejte žádné drama. Je to jen rybník, není to žádná raketová věda. Skoro žádní ptáci (ale vybral jsem si asi špatnou dobu, jindy tam prý bývají), ale bylo tam pár motýlů, žab a hlavně - vážky.
