Today, I suddenly noticed the Karamcha tree on the side of the road. We usually prefer to eat the sour Karamcha fruit, but I had not noticed that the flowers of this tree can be so beautiful before.
(Bengali name: Karamcha /করমচা)
(English name: Bengal Currant, Christ's Thorn or Carandas Plum) (Scientific name: Carissa\ carandas)
It has 5 petals that are white, and the middle is a little yellowish. The most interesting thing is the flower buds, which are a very light pink color. This combination of white and pink in the crowd of green leaves is just amazing to see.
When there was a little sweet sunshine in the afternoon, I thought of capturing this beautiful moment on camera.
Even after a busy day, seeing such flowers brings peace to my mind.
The photographs are dated 17/04/2026. The size of the images has been compressed to reduce them and some images have been cropped to zoom in. I have the original copies of the images.
