With this Imperial Snowtrooper, I made many attempts to capture the right look, and it was a challenge to make things look right. So it just snowed here for a few days in a row, and the simplest idea came to mind, why not use some snow for a setting? I started trying to place him outside, but it didn't quite get me what I was hoping for, so I brought the snow inside. I placed some on my window ledge and found so many different spots and poses; at that point, I knew I had found what I wanted with these shots. Sometimes there is something so obvious that can be added in that can add much more to the atmosphere and theme of an image.
