I did the photo session at VASIL LEVSKI National Stadium - Sofia, Bulgaria.

I love it when I see lots of training groups in the stadiums. Today I present to you some shots I took during Sophie's training. She does not do long jump professionally, but puts a lot of effort into her development. I believe that sports activities are a mandatory part of proper character building.

Of course, the beginning is the easiest, the difficult task is how to motivate ourselves to maintain our sports malice. Years ago when I was training for the French Foreign Legion I felt like there was no power to stop me from going outside to train. It didn't matter if it was raining, if I was sick, or if some girlfriend turned my head... I ran an average of 20 kilometers, once a month I did a marathon of 42 kilometers, lifted huge tires, barbells and trained with weights.

Now doing 50 push-ups a week is an achievement. I don't have the motivation anymore, but I tell sports stories to other people through photography.

I am happy. Especially since I know what a huge thrill running is...

THANKS FOR SHARING THIS STORY!

I took the shots with a Canon EOS RP / 85 mm lens

FREEDOM IS A CHOICE AND A WAY OF THINKING...
