Last Christmas.....
(yes, this is not about the song of Goerge Michael, which I so much like and, which is probably the most played song over this time of the year), but about the real winter, we had last Christmas.
And while I'm happy about the warm (spring-like) weather now, I'm feeling nostalgic about the snow. A bit worried too because climate change is a fact and we're living through this change.
I decided to share these beautiful winter photographs, all taken at the same time last year. Yes, we had some electrical problems, as the snow was too heavy and often broke wires, but it was a real winter.
Last Christmas, we had snow. Because of that, we had plenty of water (drinking and in the streams) in the spring and summer, and the soil was fertile. It gave us lots of vegetables, fruits and mushrooms.
All pictures (must check them in full size. You'll understand why) are taken by me from Kosovo village in Bulgaria, a small village of about 30 residents.

Миналата Коледа...
(Не, това за е песента на Goerge Michael, която толкова много харесвам и, която е може би най-пусканата песен по това време на годината), а за истинската зима, която имахме миналата Коледа.
И докато сега съм щастлива от топлото (пролетно) време, изпитвам носталгия по снега. А и малко притеснена също, защото изменението на климата е факт и ние преживяваме тази промяна.
Реших да споделя тези красиви зимни снимки, всички направени по едно и също време миналата година. Да, имахме някои електрически проблеми, тъй като снегът беше твърде тежък и често падайки върху жиците ги късаше, но поне беше истинска зима.
Миналата Коледа имаше сняг. И заради това имахме много вода през пролетта и лятото, а почвата беше плодородна. Тя ни даде много зеленчуци, плодове и гъби.
