One of the best hot springs in Alaska!!!

If you're following me and have read the other post where I went through some very tight spots, if not, here it is: @konquest/one-of-the-most-tight-anchorages.

Now, you might ask why we went through such a challenging passage. Well, guess what — it led to one of the most beautiful hot springs in all of Alaska!

Okay, let’s get started. We went on land and immediately found our way to the hot spring. The nature around us was stunning, and it felt quite different from other parts of Alaska. It was much wetter, and the ground was soggy, making it slippery, especially as we walked on wooden planks.

The landscape was completely different from anything we’ve seen before, and it felt amazing to be out walking in the wild, knowing bears were around. After being on the boat where you barely move, it was a refreshing change to stretch our legs and explore.

After walking for 20 minutes in the wild Alaskan nature we finally get our first sight of the hot spring.

We see the cabin and just to the left you can see the roof which is the bath house.

A better view of the cabin.

@glideglobe up ahead having a little a peek into the bath house

Now this is what l mean by the best hot spring in Alaska!

This is the outdoor hot spring with an incredible view. You can't see the steam because the wind is blowing it away, but I do have a shot where it looks extraordinary. Don’t worry, I’ll show it in a minute.

And this is the hot spring inside the bathhouse, also known as the indoor hot spring, with an amazing view. The water was very hot, almost like an onsen in Japan, but we really enjoyed it since we hadn’t been in one for a long time.

A few minutes later, I managed to capture this shot!

Wow! I really wanted to get this shot, and I got it. We spent about 3 hours just relaxing in the baths, and when it got dark, we decided to head out. We even took the time to clean the indoor bath, as it was very dirty from not being used for a long time.

We left the hot spring feeling peaceful after the most refreshing and relaxing 3 hours.

But before I go, I have some excellent shots to share. Let me know if you liked them!
