Hola a todos. Es un gusto poder compartir con ustedes nuevamente, esta vez les hablare de algunas plantas que existen en mi casa, específicamente de sus flores.
This time I will start by naming the Passiflora edulis plant, known in South and Central America as parcha/parchita/maracuya, it is a climbing plant, that is, it needs another plant or some structure that allows it to tangle and grow away from the ground, in Venezuela its fruit is yellow. What caught my attention was its flower, for me it is a flower that stands out from the common, since it has purple, green, yellow and white colors in perfect harmony. However, this flower has a very short life span, practically 8 to 12 hours, but enough to be pollinated by the bumblebee. Below I show you several photos of this flower.
En esta ocasión comenzare por nombre la planta de Passiflora edulis, conocida en Sudamérica y Centroamérica como parcha/parchita/maracuya, es una planta trepadora, es decir, necesita de otra planta o de alguna estructura que le permita enredarse y crecer lejos del piso, en Venezuela su fruto es de color amarillo. Lo que me llamo la atención fue su flor, para mi es una flor que sobresale de lo común, ya que posee colores morado, verde, amarillo y blanco en perfecta armonía. Sin embargo, esta flor su periodo de vida es muy corto, prácticamente de 8 a 12 horas, pero lo suficiente para ser polinizada por el abejorro. a continuación les muestro varias fotos de dicha flor.
