I want to share with you a trip I made with my wife with the purpose of taking a bath in nature in order to appreciate the simple things and feel part of the environment. It has been proven that this type of bath promotes physical and mental health and makes us see life more objectively.
So with this objective we visited the Bay of Cata, Aragua State, leaving the city of Maracay, we had to cross a mountainous area with many curves, a green lung with a very pleasant climate.
Quiero compartirles un paseo que realice con mi esposa con la finalidad de darnos un baño de naturaleza en busca de apreciar las cosas sencillas y sentirnos parte del entorno. se ha comprobado que este tipo de baño fomenta la salud física y mental y hace que veamos la vida de manera mas objetiva.
Así que con ese objetivo visitamos La Bahía de Cata Estado Aragua saliendo de la ciudad de Maracay hay que travesar una zona montañosa y con muchas curvas, todo un pulmón vegetal con y clima muy agradable.
