HOW to do this EDIT:
Go to select then select subject
Add some gaussian blur to separate the subject and the background.
Add hue/saturation and drop the saturation all the way down.
Add brightness and contrast tool and lower the brightness a bit.
Add a solid color and change the blending to COLOR
Use brush tool to clean the background
Add an other solid color and cover the background
Add a curve and make this S CURVE to set the mood
