A Daily Love Story with the Earth

After heavy rain and thundering, when the weather cleared a bit, the setting rays of the sun were seen in the sky. A yellow and orange layer has spread on the horizon of the earth, this layer of the sun is talking to the earth. I am watching this conversation and at the same time listening to the sweet music of the birds flying from the mango trees. The cold wind coming from the high mountains is also saying that the earth is saying goodbye to the sun so that the sun comes again tomorrow.

Saying goodbye to the departing sun, that too every day, must be a very beautiful feeling for the earth. And waiting to meet again tomorrow feels like waiting for a lover. The greenery on the earth is crazy in love with the rays of the sun, while the rays of the sun are desperate to touch the greenery on the earth with their fingers.

The rays are going, the sun sets after touching the mango leaves, shaking hands with the rose leaves, caressing the cheeks of the butterflies and kissing the forehead of the earth. This process happens every day so that it can happen again every day. This may seem repetitive but only a lover can tell how much joy it gives to live a feeling again and again in love.

While the sun is setting on one side, the black clouds coming from the Himalayas are surrounding the place where the rays of the sun were playing a while ago. The black clouds are talking to the earth and explaining that “I have promised the Yamuna river that I will spread your water on that part of the earth where the trees and plants need it badly”. The earth listens to the promise of the black clouds and gives its permission.

And the next moment the greenery visible around starts getting wet, the drops of rain on the grass and flowers start shining like pearls. This scene shining like a firefly looks as if the dark night has decorated the earth with stars. After the rain, the black clouds tell the earth that I will go away before sunrise and the next morning exactly the same happened. While the black clouds kept their promise, the earth welcomed the sunrise as if this incident was happening for the first time in the world.
