Light Painting Portrait Session with Natalia Part III.

Hidden under the veil

with Natalia T.

As you saw in the last two posts showing some results from our first session there is some great potential. Here I share with you the next set of image results of our Light Painting session.

Having this very translucent piece of silk laying around made it way too tempting to leave it untouched. As light as a feather, we played with it.

What were the settings?

What you see here as the main featured Light Painting image is a single 12-second long exposure time photograph. The camera was in BULB and set to ISO 100 and the Canon 24-105mm F4 lens was set to F20.

Kamera in BULB.

Here we change position mid exposure and we try to ae it look as if we either have two people under the veil or she is erecting from her crouching self.

Experimental

In our last shot, we just used the veil more as a scarf and a little sheet metal to get an effect on her face.

It's not doing exactly what I had in my mind yet. Certainly will experiment more with that.

Experiment

I hope you found these images inspirational. If you have more questions please do not hesitate. I am happy to share my knowledge.

If you think this is Spam, why did you read this far and why the fuck bother you? Move on from your self-righteous mind state and bury yourself. Don't bother about what others may find interesting. Just stay in your bubble and ...

All there is left to say is Cheer Up!
