Taking Human Interest Photos

Taking Human Interest Photos

Hello everyone, I'm sure everyone here intentionally or unintentionally has taken photos related to Human interest. Not infrequently, the pictures we take as daily activities are examples of images of human interest.

However, the focus of taking human interest photos is usually very closely related to human expression. Like a smile, laugh, anger, sadness, and others. Not infrequently, images related to human interest are made in black and white to better show this side of an expression.

So, tips for taking human interest photos are as follows.

First, you can create conditions from the surrounding environment to make it more attractive. For example, you can create a smoke effect by burning firewood.

Second, use a small aperture on the lens, such as an aperture of F5.6-8, so the resulting photo is sharper.

Third, use a local model to be more integrated with the surrounding environment, and of course, you can direct the model to get the desired expression later.

Fourth, please give a few tips to local models so they can work together again next time.

For the record, local models come from residents who you think have expressions that can present the photos that you will later produce.

I'm not an expert in Human Interest Photography, but at least I can give tips as a beginner.
