Saludos hivers y bienvenidos a mi blog. Los domingos me levanto temprano para ir al parque La Estación a hacer Qigong y Tai chi, apenas llego los agitados cantos de la gran variedad de aves que viven ahí me dan la bienvenida, puedo verlas volar con alegría entre los árboles, felices con el comienzo de un nuevo día 🌞. Con cada paso que voy dando para adentrarme más en el parque, los insectos se van sumando con sus particulares sonidos a este gran coro del reino animal, haciéndome sentir una gran vibración positiva, y aunque estoy rodeada de muchas formas de vida, hay un gran silencio, porque en este espacio no hay lugar para los ruidos urbanos. El sol se va colando entre la multitud de árboles que están allí creando hermosos contrastes de luces y sombras entre el verde paisaje que me rodea, y todo a mi alrededor luce como postales dignas de admiración.

Hello hivers and welcome to my blog. On Sundays I get up early to go to La Estación park to do Qigong and Tai chi, as soon as I arrive the agitated songs of the great variety of birds that live there welcome me, I can see them flying with joy among the trees, happy with the beginning of a new day 🌞. With each step I take to get deeper into the park, the insects join with their particular sounds to this great chorus of the animal kingdom, making me feel a great positive vibration, and although I am surrounded by many forms of life, there is a great silence, because in this space there is no place for urban noises. The sun is filtering through the multitude of trees that are there, creating beautiful contrasts of lights and shadows between the green landscape that surrounds me, and everything around me looks like postcards worthy of admiration.

Mientras camino para llegar al lugar donde hacemos Tai chi los sentidos se activan, mis oídos están atentos a las hojas secas que piso, a los escandalosos gritos de las guacamayas, los conotos (Oropéndola crestada), los loros y las guacharacas (Ortalis) y al zumbido de los insectos, mis ojos miran con atención el paisaje y detectan a una ardilla comiendo algo en el suelo, a lo lejos se ve un picure (Dasyprocta fuliginosa) corriendo y cuando levanto la mirada veo mariposas, aves, muchas aves volando entre los árboles, veo alfombras naturales de diferentes colores, en una zona del parque el suelo está cubierto de hojas en tonos ocre, naranja y marrón que lucen como salidas de una escena de otoño 🍂 y más allá lo cubren flores caídas y hojas verdes 🍃.

While I walk to get to the place where we do Tai chi, my senses are activated, my ears are attentive to the dry leaves that I step on, to the loud cries of the macaws, the conotos (Oropéndola crestada), the parrots and the guacharacas (Ortalis) and to the humming of the insects, my eyes look carefully at the landscape and detect a squirrel eating something on the ground, in the distance I can see a picure (Dasyprocta fuliginosa) running and when I look up I see butterflies, birds, many birds flying between the trees, I see natural carpets of different colors, in one area of the park the ground is covered with leaves in ocher, orange and brown tones that look like something out of an autumn scene 🍂 and beyond it's covered with fallen flowers and green leaves 🍃.

Empezamos a hacer Tai chi rodeados de verdor y escuchando a la naturaleza y mi olfato hace que me concentre en el aroma que desprenden las flores de algunos árboles, es imposible ignorarlo, es tan sutil como poderoso. Mi piel percibe el calor de los rayos de sol que se cuelan entre las ramas de los árboles y también alguna que otra flor y hoja que cae sobre nosotros de vez en cuando. Hace poco empezó la temporada de lluvia así que ahora también puedo sentir a los mosquitos cuando se posan sobre mi 🥴😬😂.

We started doing Tai Chi surrounded by greenery and listening to nature and my sense of smell makes me concentrate on the aroma given off by the flowers of some trees, it's impossible to ignore it, it's as subtle as it's powerful. My skin perceives the heat of the sun's rays that filter through the branches of the trees and also the occasional flower and leaf that falls on us from time to time. The rainy season recently started so now I can also feel the mosquitoes when they land on me 🥴😬😂.

Venimos de la naturaleza y por eso nuestro estado de ánimo cambia cuando regresamos a ella, es como si unos enormes brazos verdes nos abrazaran y nos llenaran de paz y amor 💚🤗. En la naturaleza me concentro más rápido, logro poner mi mente en blanco sin distraerme, veo todo con más claridad, me hago más humilde, más agradecida, más empática y logro estar al nivel de los animales y de su sabiduría. Las ideas fluyen y la solución a cualquier problema empieza a aparecer, no afuera, sino adentro de nosotros, donde en realidad está todo lo que buscamos ✨.

We come from nature and that is why our mood changes when we return to her, it's as if huge green arms embraced us and filled us with peace and love 💚🤗. In nature I concentrate faster, I manage to clear my mind without being distracted, I see everything more clearly, I become more humble, more grateful, more empathetic and I manage to be at the level of animals and their wisdom. Ideas flow and the solution to any problem begins to appear, not outside, but inside us, where everything we are looking for is actually ✨.

La clase de Tai chi termina y nos quedamos un rato más conversando y disfrutando del parque, es tan agradable estar allí 😌. En las máquinas de ejercicios hay algunas personas ejercitándose, una mujer está paseando con su perro, hay gente trotando y caminando por los caminos de tierra ya marcados, los guardaparques dan sus acostumbradas vueltas para supervisar, hay un partido en la cancha de fútbol que está en la zona sur del parque, en uno de los banquitos están sentados y desayunando un hombre y su pequeña hija. Mucha gente visita este parque durante toda la semana.

The Tai chi class ends and we stay a while longer talking and enjoying the park, it's so nice to be there 😌. In the working out machines there are some people exercising, a woman is walking with her dog, there are people jogging and walking on the already marked dirt paths, the park rangers do their usual laps to supervise, there is a game on the soccer field that is on the southern area of the park, on one of the benches a man and his little daughter are sitting and having breakfast. Many people visit this park throughout the week.

El parque La Estación es el pulmón de la ciudad de La Victoria, tiene mucha vegetación y en él se pueden encontrar muchas especies de aves, insectos y pequeños animales, tiene lugares para hacer deporte y ejercicio físico y también para actividades al aire libre, y como habrán visto también, sus 22 hectáreas siempre tiene buenas postales que ofrecer 📸🖼️☺️. La Estación park is the lung of the city of La Victoria, it has a lot of vegetation and many species of birds, insects and small animals can be found there, it has places for sports and physical exercise and also for outdoor activities, and as you may have also seen, its 22 hectares always has good postcards to offer 📸🖼️☺️.
