Good day Hive!
It's been busy around the house lately as I've worked hard every day to make positive changes in my life.
I've been practicing different mindfulness techniques. Maintaining a more healthy and balanced lifestyle routine, without judgement over momentary lapses or inconsistencies, and the progress has quickly become immense.
I've been working on present moment thinking, not allowing distractions to sway my current intention in the moment. This one is tough but gets easier every day.
I've been changing how I network and also habitual behaviors with networking in the internet sense, because these habitual behaviors have brought nothing but egoic failure over and over again. I also am practicing self love and forgiveness in this regard.
So today I want to share how my gardening has taken on a different "life", so to speak :)
I've decided to go 100% organic and throw away most of what I thought I knew, because this was also disastrous for progress with gardening over the years.
The cayenne pepper plant is an old plant now. I'm not even sure how old, but it still lives on with vigor and the roots continue to get stronger.
I'm not sure how old these photo-period Superstars from seed are either, but I do know they are early in flowering cycle. I'm undecided if I will train them more or add netting, just going with the flow :)
Oh, and those green onions never looked better :)
I've been decorating the Green Crack Christmas tree. She's looking lovely. I've been throwing all kinds of organic stuff in the pot and she is loving it!
I just have to get these Christmas lights working now and then dress her up a bit more :)
I lost track of how old she is too but it looks like she'll be ready around Christmas time :D
Her top is looking magical ❤️
Speaking of magical... It's amazing what a negative filter will do to a macro image!
I snipped some trichomes out of a photograph. They're looking clear turning to milky currently. Still some time to go :)
Heyyy ;D
I've been building a magical little plant shrine on my fireplace mantel.
Some might see a messy and cluttered fireplace mantel, but I see lots of happy memories and happy plants ❤️
These plants are feeling the love too, but really it feels more like a studio in there and I think they want to come out and be closer to me :)
Like these purple tradescantias next to my loveseat. They love being there.
Peekaboo says the other tradescantias, they love this little corner on the other side of the loveseat :D
And that's that for now.
Not my typical post layout or photo editing, but that's ok.
I've always felt it is possible to find organization within disorganization, if that's even a word :D
Thank you for stopping by Hive family.
As always,
Have a great day! -@futuremind
