Ngresigana is a preliminary ceremony in one of my temples that will have a bigger ceremony on the 8th of November. As far as I know that Ngresigana is the ceremony that is done to purify the temple complex before the main ceremony is held. It is also to neutralize the bad spirits around the temple complex so that they can turn into good ones, and help to secure the following ceremony, the temple complex, and the people for years to come after the ceremony ends.
