Today is a cloudy day, a lot of fog in some areas of the city, but before this everything started with heavy rain and a storm in the early morning. I left home early as usual to go to work, it was obvious that I would arrive soaked 😂 I did my work day and then decided to stop in an interesting area before continuing on my way. I was in the San Nicolás neighborhood in Buenos Aires in a business and banking area where there are many emblematic buildings and relevant architecture.
My intention was to use the puddles as support to get some interesting reflections as well as some particular perspectives in this area.
Here you can find a + in the first photo (if you look closely) and an X in the second photo.
It's a very narrow corner, I just had to stand in the middle of the streets and take the photo with my phone in wide angle mode.
It's been a while since I took photos with my phone, so it was a good idea to get back into it today.
Here I started with some low angle reflection shots and this PROSEGUR vehicle in almost all compositions, it is an armored vehicle that transports money to the bank. I didn't really dislike it being there because the color could fit perfectly in these images.
Here is the vehicle again in front of the mortgage bank and below is a shot of the side of the building, which by the way has a brutalist style of architecture.
I think that if these motorcycles had not been parked there the shot would have been cleaner. Likewise, the perspective is interesting.
The low angle shots focusing on the street tiles is something I also like to do and capture, just details and textures.
Another shot of reflections, this time towards the headquarters building of the BBVA Francés bank. It was too close there, it was the only puddle available, This is why the dome of the building is cut off.
To finish this set of reflections, we have one of the Bencich buildings of what is known as Diagonal Norte.
I wouldn't like to end without tagging my two dear friends: @erikah It's been a while since I last mentioned you in one of my posts but I think you might like these shots 😊 and @saffisara my reflex partner I was thinking about you while taking these photos ☺️
That's all folks! Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
