The weather here lately has been so odd. It is definitely not normal July weather for this area. Normally we see the majority of the month over 100 degrees and we don't see any rain from May until around October.

But most of the evenings in the past two weeks, clouds come in around 5pm and there are usually some rain showers that come along with them. We haven't had a big rain like we did a few days ago when my wife and I danced out in the rain.

Usually during these hottest months of the year, we skip our evening walks, but whenever the clouds come rolling in, it cools off enough to get our walks in. It is crazy how much different our health right now compared to a year ago. Our Tonal has been the greatest purchase we have ever made in terms of being able to take back our health.

Ever since we got the Tonal, we really have changed so much about our days. Prior to getting a Tonal, we struggled to work out a few hours a week, but now we are consistently getting a few hours of working out in each day and we end each night with either a recovery workout or a yoga. I used to not be any good at doing yoga, but now I am able to get into all of the poses and hold them pretty easily.

Hopefully you all are staying active and in good health. I am hoping that the worst of this pandemic is behind us and we can all hopefully get back to somewhat of a normal life. Anyways, thanks for stopping by and checking out my photos and reading about my life. You are awesome.
