Panipuri : One of the best street food in India 😊

Hello friends, @dazzle07 is here. Hope you all are doing very well. Today I am going to share about a well spent evening having the most popular street food The Panipuri. Well it has different name in different region of india - like Fuska, Golgappa, Ghupchup etc. but the unforgettable taste of it is almost same all over India as it is originated in here.

Although the Panipuri is available in every premium places like shoppping mall, airport waiting hall and in 5 stars, 7 stars hotel in every parts of India. But majority of people even celebrities like Mr. Amitabh Bachchan choose to go to the street for having this Panipuri. The reason is that the real taste of it is not only in the food itself but also in the whole system of having it in the street - the way it is served in the street and the making and eating process being in a circle standing beside the Panipuri Theela. Yes, it sounds funny, but it is the real reason. If you find a crowd being in a circular formation in the road-side of a food-street, take it in your account as a Panipuri Theela without any other consideration.

Well, I have a favourite Panipuri Theela in my locality and the owner of the Theela is known as Bihari Kaku. It is located at 9 No Rail Gate, Madhyamgram, Kolkata - 700129. He is very popular in making delicious Panipuri among 500 others in this area. He is so fast serving the Golgappa as he serves almost three to four thousands Panipuri per day which is a huge amount that you are already thinking of. And he is very facetious person too as you see in the image below - he is playing hide & seek while I have been taking his photos. Many people of different ages and both male and female regularly pay visits to him from near or far. And the rate is discounted here as the sell is huge which is 8 pcs for only Rs.10.

For those who don't know, the Panipuri is made of flour and it looks like a empty ball i.e., initially there is only air in the Panipuri. And the potato with mixed masala( specially mirchi)is put in the ball after making a hole somewhere on the surface of it and it is once dipped in a sour lemon flavoured water before finally serving it. And the Panipuri maker are so fast that all of these processes are just a matter of second for them before it goes into your mouth. And when finally you bit it and stir with your tongue, the heavenly feelings come into the play dude. Oh my god, my tongue is getting filled with water as I am thinking of it now, XD.
