One of my favourite things about hiking in the mountains, are the mountain reflections off the lake. Especially with super clear clean water like this here, at Silver Springs Lakes, East Kootenay, British Columbia. Imagine canoeing or kayaking on this pure calm water! For this day though, hiking was the objective. Perhaps next time, we will bring some kayaks or just swimming gear to try some cliff jumping. Or both!
