I went for a walk recently, and noticed something interesting hanging on the tree. I thought it was a coconut. The way it was hanging was unusual for a growing coconut, and it didn’t have an outer layer, it was already peeled.
As I came for closer look I found out it was a little house. If I was watching a fantasy movie, I would think that fairy or elf lives here. Since it’s in an area where people walk all the time, I think it’s a man made bird or squirrel house. The way it’s made is just so great, it even has something like ladder or bridge. Someone worked really hard to make this unique and beautiful piece. I wonder if it was a professional carpenter who made it or a living father or a grandpa who had a quality time with his kids.
On another tree there was a pretty tine birdhouse with the broken bottom. I’m guessing our rains were harsh on it. I actually wanted to find our rainbow birdhouse but it was gone. Don’t know if it wasn’t hang properly and was blown down, or some kid liked it and took home.
Palm tree leaves are always beautiful, in this park the grow a bit low so they can serve as a curtain.
This is how coconuts look when they are on the tree. They are not dark brown as when they are peeled. So you can see why I was confused by peeled coconut hanging before I figured out what it was:-)
Here is a pretty Hibiscus flower to finish my post and wish you a wonderful weekend!
