7:00 has become my waking hour in the morning for a while. Sometimes it's even earlier, depending on how early my neighbors are waking up and I can't really complain about this change in lifestyle.

I used to wake up close to 10 AM some good months ago, but that changed. I'm dedicated to my morning power walks and thus waking that early has a meaning now.

The people that I see on the streets are usually the ones going to work at that hour(8 AM) and high school teenagers going to school. I was a high school teenager too, about two decades ago :)).

We used to walk on the same streets as these young ones are doing now. Times have changed a lot though. We used to walk a lot and engage a lot as well.

Now the parking lot of the high school is almost full of cars belonging to students. We didn't had cars at that time... Maybe a few did, who were a bit wealthier, but the rest of us walked to school snd back and it was good.

Nothing compares to the fresh air in the morning and pumping the blood through the muscles. Back then I had to walk, now I'm doing it because I want to burn fat... Funny how perspectives and priorities change.

That's about it for now. It's time to go prep my breakfast, so see you next time.

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
