2024 is blessing us with some insanely good weather for October. No wonder they call it "Uptober," right?
We've had afternoon temps well over 20°C all weekend, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting such good weather this autumn. Seasons have been like crypto for the past few years—nothing makes sense anymore.
I spent a lot of time outside this weekend and I’m glad to see the grass still green and tourists still flooding the town. We even had a spinning fishing contest over the weekend.
I didn’t take any pics of the participants and their catches because, honestly, the catches were pathetic. They probably thought this was a great spot for a fishing contest, but in reality, it was a mess, IMO.
The lake doesn’t have the same abundance of fish it once did, and in my humble opinion, it's due to industrial fishing and the overwhelming Chinese carp population. Just my take.
You know what else was a mess? My homemade burger—though a delicious one! It's amazing what you can do with a simple bun, some LIDL burger meat, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, and a bit of mustard.
Tasty as hell.
So, the weekend’s wrapped up, and I bet many of you are waiting for the parabolic run in crypto to kick in. Same here. My gut tells me this cycle will mimic 2020 pretty well. Election and halving years are bullish, so don’t panic.
We’ll make life-changing money, but you gotta sell the top. That "super cycle" stuff? Utter nonsense, IMO. I’m not holding anything into 2026.
