I Gauge My Pace So I Never Cry Wolf

... I go for walks in the woods and mimic the movements of the tiger, the leopard, and the crane, as these actions enable me to dovetail my exercise routine and nature fix for self-care.

💡TIP: Listen to the sounds of nature by playing all the video clips (at once)😉

Listening to my footsteps is therapeutic for my mind and walking helps to build my cardio, tone my legs, and helps keep my lymphatic system healthy against water retention and fatigue.
So, spending a few hours walking and sitting in the woods is the perfect way to recharge my batteries.

Life is challenging on its own, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed when difficult moments come bombarding. So, doing everything within my power to combat obstacles is my priority, and I try not to complicate my life with extravagance of any kind, and I keep it simple... and real.

An effortless thing as meditative walks in nature helps me to cultivate the positive energy that I need within me to carry on and stay afloat when things go topsy-turvy.

Standing meditation with deep breathing and slow movements, helps me to control and keep my random thoughts aligned with my personal goals and principles. This gives me the assurance and confidence to trust the process and pace at which my daily life passes.

I accept that I'm not superwoman and I take things in stride, which enables me to keep despondency at bay. I'm constantly reminding myself that I am the only one in charge of my emotions and attitude and I do what I can to keep my outlook on life positive.

Being in nature gives me positive energy and it helps me to steady the pace of my life by silencing my mind to think clearly and block out undesirable and negative disturbances of other people's unresolved thriving traumas, and other external influences that might affect me.

Energy is contagious.

I am mindful and I try to project a positive attitude; This is not a facade, it's a conscious effort to keep my mind leveled, and balanced so that I can make the right decisions to solve challenges that I face.

Life is a long road, thankfully, and I've chosen to travel the path that's simple and minimalist, to live in peace, and to be free.

I do take leaps and risks sometimes, because I'm not afraid of failure, and personally, success equals happiness and contentment.

I know that we sometimes feel like life is slipping away from us, and there might be the tendency for us to question ourselves and our decisions, as to whether we are doing the right things, the right way, and at the right time. However, I have learned to trust the process of how everything unfolds, invest my energy wisely, to only think about the things that I can control and ways to make improvements.

Time goes by, as it's supposed to...

These days, the mornings are darker and nights come quicker - an indication that the season is changing to autumn, and the year-end is near.
I do become more conscious of the pace of my life, and sometimes I feel like I'm falling back and I push myself. Just enough to keep me in gear to take small steps at a time. Taking stock of what you have accomplished can give motivation to advance and venture into new projects, and it is always better to try even if the desired results are not achieved the first time.

I try to go for these long walks every day, but there's something extra special about doing it on a Wednesday, a mid-week walk breaks the monotony of my weekly routine, and a meditative walk in the woods helps give me a good perspective on my life, and my purpose in the world.

(These branches remind me that everything, people, things, and all beings are connected in one way or the other).

No need to cry wolf does not imply that I would not ask for help if I needed it, but my daily habits help me to mitigate the need to depend on external vices for my happiness.

I hope these images of green spaces and sounds of nature helped to calm and relax you in some way, and if you also like to do similar exercises and movements in nature, please feel free to share them with me.

This is just a glimpse of some of the things I do in keeping me grounded in my minimalist world.

Thank you so much for stopping by, this is my response to the KISS Blog Ideas For The Week:)
