Everything I Need.

Ever since I was fortunate to survive the series of health issues that kept me hooked up last year, I made up my mind to travel more. Before that, I was all bent on working, staying indoors, and very well minding my business. Well, it is all the same, just that the difference is to take a breath away from working after doing all that is necessary to embrace more of nature.

This became something I started working on, and thankfully, it has been an incredible experience. I have come to see other places by creating free time in my schedule to go for a vacation to just breathe in fresh air and spend time relaxing after work. With this, I have come to see more of the world physically than I did before, and that has been a blessing to me.

Being a minimalist practitioner made things even better as I improved on the necessary things needed for vacationing with my backpack, ready to go. Packing necessary things needed became simpler as days went by.

I have lived out of my backpack before this time as I loved camping and doing voluntary work while I was in school. This also took me out to places with my backpack as my travel buddy as I go to places to help whenever I could.

Therefore, living out of a backpack for a year is something I can surely do if I want to. Being a Nigerian, my mother has taught me ways to put things in order in a backpack so that there'll still be a space left after the packing. I believe every African mother is well trained in this area. The way they pack things is surely unbelievable as you'll get your mouth wide open, seeing the space left that even a freezer can fit in, lol. To them, it is more than a skill, and with this skill and my knowledge of what is needed to be in the backpack, living a year in it isn't a problem.

As a lady, there are things that need to be in place to live out of a backpack for a year. To make this possible, there are certain items that made the cut.

The first on the list is my pad. I don't joke with it at all. Even in my purses, you'll surely find a piece of pad in them because I like being ready for any sort of drama. This doesn't mean that I don't track my period, I do, but better safe than sorry, eh? Apart from that, having my pad at hand always comes in handy to help another lady out. As we all know, having a blood stain on you isn't a nice feeling.

Clothing materials such as exercise and work outfit, my night outfit and undies, and the ones needed for outing will be next. In the same veil, my bathing soap, washing soap, toothpaste, and brush and my combs will be next. Also, since I make my body and hair cream myself, things needed to do them are very simple because they are natural ingredients which can be gotten from nature, so they won't be hard to fit in.

Also, my footwares and body spray will come next. Having all these for a year is essential, and so is the presence of music. Yeah, my earbuds, powerbank, and charger are also listed, and so is my phone. I can work comfortably where I am with these, relax, and listen to music as well. Just this alone has got my mind captivated a great deal. Listening to music while working is always awesome.

Therefore, here's a song titled "Everything I need" as everything I need in my backpack is sorted out and also for the post's title.

Still yours truly,
Balikis.

Thanks for reading and listening.

Peace be unto those who crave it and more to those who chase it away.
