Saludos Comunidad de #Music, les deseo a todos un lindo martes. Sigo en una onda donde estoy disfrutando de unos cuantos artistas fabulosos que me han ayudado a sentirme mejor y más animada. Uno de ellos es el último concierto que dio Utada Hikaru en el 2018, el cual lleva por nombre Laughter in the Dark.

  Greetings #Music Community, I wish you all a lovely Tuesday. I'm still in a groove where I'm enjoying a few fabulous artists that have helped me feel better and more upbeat. One of them is the latest concert Utada Hikaru gave in 2018, which goes by the name Laughter in the Dark.

  Sin duda este es uno de sus mejores conciertos, tanto o mejor que el que dió por aquel entonces del año 2006. En esta ocasión, resultó ser de suma importancia para ella y para su público ya que con este debut celebró sus 20 años de carrera musical con un lapso intermedio de espera bastante largo ya que estuvo inactiva por 8 largos años.

  This is undoubtedly one of her best concerts, as good as or better than the one she gave back then in 2006. On this occasion, it turned out to be of utmost importance for her and her audience, because with this debut she celebrated her 20 years of musical career with a long waiting period in between, since she had been inactive for 8 long years.

  Sin embargo, su regreso musical con sus discos Fantôme (2016) y luego con Hatsukoi (2018), reanudó una gira por todo Japón, dando lo mejor de ella. Y lo mejor de verla de nuevo no fue sólo escucharla sino notar sus cambios personales, su mirada triste y a su vez mostrarse humilde y sumamente agradecida con su gran cantidad de Fans que ha venido creciendo cada vez más a lo largo de estos años, y que su público la ama y la apoya con el mismo amor de siempre sin importar sus años de ausencia.

  However, her musical comeback with her albums Fantôme (2016) and then Hatsukoi (2018), brought back a tour all over Japan, giving the best of her. The best thing about seeing her again was not only listening to her but also noticing her changes, her sad look, and at the same time being humble and extremely grateful to her huge fan base that has been growing more and more over the years, and that her audience loves her and supports her with the same love as always regardless of her years of absence.

  De hecho, en su interludio, ella explica la razón por la cual le puso por nombre Risas en la Oscuridad a su gira. Y esto se debe más que todo porque a pesar de pasar por un mal momento en su vida e inspirarse por una comediante japonesa que pasaba por una situación peor que la de ella. Utada al ver que ella decidió continuar con sus shows luego de que le diagnosticaran cáncer de mama y se le muriera un familiar muy cercano, con todo y su dolor/preocupación, y usar su show como terapia para desahogarse con su público, le impresionó mucho y decidió seguir su ejemplo.

  In her interlude, she explains why she named her tour Laughter in the Dark. This is mostly because despite going through a bad time in her life and being inspired by a Japanese comedian who was going through a worse situation than her. Utada was very impressed to see that she decided to continue with her shows after being diagnosed with breast cancer and the death of a close family member, with all her pain/worry, and to use her show as therapy to let off steam with her audience, and decided to follow her example.

  El concierto me dio mucha nostalgia al escuchar nuevamente y en vivo con toques musicales nuevos, antiguos temas como Traveling, Colors, Sakura Drops, Hikari, Don't Think Twice, Forevermore, First Love y muchos éxitos más. Me encantó ver cómo conserva su estilo con sus trajes abstractos, pero super elegantes.

  The concert gave me a lot of nostalgia to hear again and live with new musical touches, old songs like Traveling, Colors, Sakura Drops, Hikari, Don't Think Twice, Forevermore, First Love and many more hits. I loved seeing how she kept her style with her abstract but super stylish outfits.

  Yo la verdad que quedé encantada con todo su concierto, el cual tuvo una duración de poco más de dos horas. Este concierto, a pesar de que asistió tanta gente, me resultó uno de los más íntimos y sumamente personal de la artista. Sin duda ella está en un nivel máximo como ícono japonés, no sólo en su país, sino a nivel mundial. Y a pesar de ser tan famosa, mantiene su humildad siempre presente.

  I was delighted with her entire concert, which lasted just over two hours. This concert, despite the large number of people in attendance, was one of her most intimate and personal concerts. She is undoubtedly at the top of her game as a Japanese icon, not only in her own country but worldwide. And despite being so famous, she keeps her humility ever-present.

  Si tienes ganas de ver algo diferente, te recomiendo disfrutar de este concierto. No sólo disfrutarás de una voz impecable como salida de otro universo, sino que también notarás lo diferentes que son los Japoneses a los latinos, lo tranquilos y respetuosos que son. La verdad que todos ellos, son realmente de admirar, y Utada Hikaru es y será para siempre mi cantante japonesa favorita.

  If you are in the mood for something different, I recommend you enjoy this concert. Not only will you enjoy an impeccable voice as if it came from another universe, but you will also notice how different Japanese people are from Latinos, and how calm and respectful they are. The truth is that all of them are really to be admired, and Utada Hikaru is and will always be my favorite Japanese singer.
