I like to share some music that I am listening to each week and today I share some tunes I discovered whilst listening to Cafe Del Mar radio. The have a 24 hour stream and you can catch the famous Ibiza sunset too.
With all the excitement last night with the ETF Fomo and green candles, I thought it is a good time to have a chillout session with Cafe Del Mar radio. I think everyone who usually goes to Ibiza, stops by at Cafe Del Mar at some point during their holiday.
Either to grab a chilled day time drink, start the night off or to catch the fabulous sunset. All of the top DJs have played there at some point of time.
The first tune today is a cool chillout song where you are relaxing and want some good background music, this is it. Paprika Soul have made a belter of a tune here and I really love it.

I think the original idea with chillout tunes was to play on a Sunday after the mental weekend of partying and getting wrecked, you want to listen to something a bit softer on the brain. But I could be wrong here and thats just an interpretation that I made up myself! 😀
I was looking back through my digital photo albums and couldn't find any photos from holidays in Ibiza. That shows you how long ago that I was there. I thought that I did have some printed out somewhere but I couldn't find them amongst my raving photos either.
Although that was enjoyable and gave me some memories of all night sessions and some great fun. The next tune is another great tune I heard on the Cafe Del Mar radio that I quite like and is pretty chilled.

When I was in Ibiza, I did like it alot and the atmosphere was pretty great back then. However I had a huge shock when I saw some of the entry prices for the clubs. They were out of this world and I am not so sure it was worth it tbh.
Not only that, once you were in were some of the most expensive drinks I have ever bought. Admittedly, most people are drinking just bottled water there, but it was pretty pricey. I didn't see such expensive drinks since I was last in Helsinki!
The final tune is a great chillout tune Trans Fatty Acid which is a nice long one and great to mellow out to. We are pretty spoiled for so much music these days. It was so much more fiddly on cassettes and CDs back in the day.
