The psychology of colors tells us that living beings are influenced in the way we behave and feel by the colors around us, basically colors have the ability to change your mental state.

In various songs throughout history, colors have been mentioned to represent a mood or something related, for example in mood by DPR IAN says ´´Color in my moods, no blues ́ ́ So… blue represents the sadness?. Ummm… First let me tell you about two other songs.
En diversas canciones a lo largo de la historia los colores han sido mencionados para representar un estado de ánimo o algo relacionado, por ejemplo en mood de DPR IAN dice ´´Color in my moods, no blues ́ ́ en todas los lugares que he visto traducen esto como ´´colores en mis estados de ánimo no hay tristeza ́ ́ o sea que… el azul representa la tristeza?. Ummm… Primero déjenme hablarles de otras dos canciones.
The first is crazy by aerosmith, the story of a man who is crazy about a woman who usually disappears, he feels like a slave, he says that every time she turns him on and then it is implied that she is aware of the effect that cause on him, and she uses that for her own fun. The song says 'I feel like the color blue' saying I'm crazy but at the same time I'm calm, I mean crazy about her and calm every time he sees her. I saw several comments from girls saying that they wanted this song dedicated to them, honestly, that's a little strange, what do you think?
La primera es crazy de aerosmith, la historia de un hombre que está loco por una mujer cual suele desaparecer, se siente un esclavo, dice que ella cada vez que esta lo enciende y luego se va dando a entender que ella es consciente del efecto que causa sobre él y utiliza eso para su propia diversión. La canción dice ´i feel like the color blue´´ diciendo estoy loco pero al mismo tiempo estoy en calma , me refiero a loco por ella y en calma cada vez que la ve, esto literalmente se traduce como ¨Me siento como el color azul¨ . Vi varios comentarios de chicas diciendo que querían que les dedicaran esta canción, sinceramente sabiendo que dice la letra en español es un poco raro eso, ¿ustedes que opinan?
The second song is colors by Halsey, ´´you were red and you like me ´cause I was blue. But you touch me and suddenly I was a lilac sky and you decided purple just wasn't for you´´, red is an intense color and it is said that it provokes hunger, that is why logos like McDonald's have this color, on the other hand, blue is a color that attracts attention but brings calm as well as water or the sky. Maybe this person wanted someone in her life to give her a little peace but what happened was that instead of her giving her blue to him, she took a little of her red from her thus creating her purple. This man, upon realizing how things turned out, abandons her, however, Halsey repeats "he's blue" several times in the song, this may refer to the fact that things from her perspective are different, for her he is the one who brings the calm. In this song there is something very important and that is that when listening to the lyrics in one part it says "everything is gray, he's hair" this already gives us a clue about the age of this man, in addition, we must remember that red is also the color of passion and blue I already called the color of madness, with these data I think the rest of the story tells itself.
La segunda canción es colors de Halsey, ´´you were red and you like me ´cause i was blue. But you touch me and suddenly i was a lilac sky and you decided purple just wasn't for you´´ esto se traduce como ´´tu eras rojo y yo te gustaba porque era azul, me tocaste y ahora soy un cielo lila y decidiste que el lila no era para ti´´ el rojo es un color intenso y se dice que provoca hambre es por eso que los logos como el de mcDonalds tienen este color, por otro lado el azul es un color que llama la atención pero trae calma así como el agua o el cielo. Tal vez esta persona quería a alguien en su vida que le diera un poco de paz, pero lo que pasó fue que en vez de ella darle su azul a él, ella tomó un poco de su rojo creando así el morado. Este hombre al darse cuenta del cómo resultaron las cosas la abandona, sin embargo, halsey repite varias veces en la canción "he's blue" esto puede hacer referencia a que la cosas desde su perspectiva son diferentes, para ella, él es quien trae la calma. En esta canción hay algo muy importante y es que al escuchar la letra en una parte dice "everything is gray, he's hair " esto ya nos da una pista de la edad de este hombre, además, hay que recordar que el rojo también es el color de la pasión y el azul ya lo denomine como el color de la locura, con estos datos creo que el resto de la historia se cuenta sola.

Yes, I know that it varies, that it depends on the place, the sunlight and I don't know what else, but commonly people think of water and they think of blue, the song says ¨You were burning me, not setting me free¨ fire is red, and when combined with blue it gives us purple which reminds me of the phrase "Your violets on horizons¨ how do you interpret this? Honestly, I am still not 100% clear about the meaning of DPR IAN's songs, however the beauty is in that mystery
Ian en mood nos dice que acaba de volver de la luna y que hay colores en sus estados de ánimos pero que no hay azules, o, no hay tristezas, también dice cosas como "olvida todos los tornillos que me faltan", más adelante dice "mientras nos ahogamos en los mares más profundos, apaga las alarmas, te daré todo de mi, te liberare" ... de qué color es el agua? Si yo sé que varía, que eso depende del lugar, de la luz del sol y no se que más, pero comúnmente la gente piensa en agua y piensa en azul, la canción dice "me estabas quemando, no me dejabas ser libre" el fuego es rojo, y al combinarse con el azul nos da morado que me recuerda a la frase "tus violetas están en los horizontes" cómo interpretas esto? Sinceramente yo aún no tengo 100% claro el significado de las canciones de DPR IAN, sien embargo la belleza está en ese misterio

Intelligence and a great imagination are what these artists must have to create songs like these, and they are ART because that is what they are based on, that they provoke a feeling in you and you interpret it in your own way. Honestly, I don't know much about Aerosmith, but Halsey and DPR IAN are my favorite artists, I really enjoy listening to their songs, analyzing them and learning about this version of the world that they present.
