Hola, que agradable saludar a todos. Es un día bonito para agradecer a Dios sus bondades.

Normalmente mi oración incluye muchísimas peticiones de principio a fin. Hace unos días estaba en un momento de coaching en donde nos dieron un par de tips para lograr disminuir la ansiedad en el trabajo o en general; una técnica consiste en dos pasos: primero respirar profundo y en segundo lugar está pensar en tres cosas por las que nos sintamos agradecidos. En el momento en que tuve que pensar en esas tres cosas, pensé en mi familia, mis seres queridos y mi fe; para mí fue un alivio gigante ver que lo que más me da alegría y felicidad, eso por lo que me siento más agradecido no es algo que se pueda comprar con dinero; ahora, la siguiente pregunta es, ¿a quién le agradecería tener esas tres cosas conmigo?

Sin duda alguna, no puedo dejar de agradecer a Dios, Jehová ha sido muy bueno y misericordioso conmigo; todo lo material, mis raíces y las personas con las que tengo un vínculo, todo se lo debo al creador, es él quien hace salir el sol sobre malos y buenos.

Espero que todos estén muy bien y que sus familias se mantengan saludables. Nos saludamos una próxima vez si así Dios lo permite.

Normally my prayer includes many requests from beginning to end. A few days ago I was in a coaching session where they gave us a couple of tips to reduce anxiety at work or in general; a technique consists of two steps: first, take a deep breath and second, think of three things for which we are grateful. At the moment I had to think of those three things, I thought of my family, my loved ones and my faith; for me it was a huge relief to see that what gives me the most joy and happiness, what I am most grateful for, is not something that can be bought with money; now, the next question is, who would I thank for having those three things with me?

Without a doubt, I cannot stop thanking God, Jehovah has been very good and merciful to me; All material things, my roots and the people I have a connection with, I owe everything to the Creator, it is He who makes the sun rise on the bad and the good.

I hope that everyone is doing well and that their families remain healthy. We will see each other next time, God willing.
