Experiment by photographing it from different angles or times of day to show off the best colors.

Photograph it at night with some accent lights around it.

Come up with an idea of your own.
Feel free to use photoshop, make a video, or be as creative as you want. You can even use royalty-free stock photos to make a photo collage. Splice a haunted house and paste your tree photo on top of the scene...

Rules
My goal is to make this contest easy to participate in. Let's have some fun.
Feature an original photograph or video of a real tree you have decorated for Halloween.
The tree should be clearly visible and be dead, sickly, dying, very strange, or very ugly.
No illustrated trees please. It has to be a real tree, captured by a camera.
Show us PROOF this is your original photo. I suggest an additional photo near the tree with a handwritten note or card displaying your Hive username and the date the photo was taken.
Contest entry is submitted in the form of a Hive post. It must appear in your own blog, or in the Team Bonsai community: #hive-193614. Provide a link to your post in the comments below to help me find your post.
Failure to follow any of these rules may exclude you from winning.
Multiple contest submissions are allowed. Participants are only eligible to win one of the prize rewards listed below.
DEADLINE: November 1st, 2020
All submissions must be posted before, or as late as the deadline date, but no later.
I will post winners on November 2nd, and hand out Hive rewards soon after.

As head judge, I @creativetruth will be showing preferential bias to contest entries depicting dead bonsai trees (sort of my way of celebrating the season with our bonsai failure projects). I plan to post my own entry to promote this contest this week, but my post will be withheld from consideration for this contest's rewards.
All types of trees, and not just bonsai trees, are welcome and eligible to win the contest, so long as you follow the rules.
And if you want to post photos, illustrations, or paintings, but do not want to participate in the contest, you are more than welcome to share your creative creations in the comments below. Images posted below without an eligible post link included will not qualify for contest participation.
