It relieves stress, instills optimism, raises self-confidence, defuses resistance to change, and enhances all your relationships.
Today I get up early morning and say my fajer prayer 🤲 then go for a morning walk.
Go to office and do routine file work at office then go to workshop to change engine oil of Toyota Hiace then go to tyre shop and change tyre of Honda city car.
